Termites and damaged wood
Termites: inspect first, report in writing
A termite report tells you what we saw on the day. It doesn't tell you what is hidden.
Buyers, sellers and owners ask for these reports. We look at the outside walls, the foundation, the crawlspace and the attic hatch, with a moisture meter and a flashlight, and we put what we find in a report with a diagram.

What we do
Four steps, in this order
- 01
Step 1: Inspect
Outside walls, foundation, crawlspace, attic hatch and any wood that touches soil.
- 02
Step 2: Report
A written report with a diagram of where we looked and what we saw. A report is not a guarantee.
- 03
Step 3: Treat
Only if the inspection finds activity, or if you choose protection, and always from a written scope.
- 04
Step 4: Re-inspect
A yearly look, so changes show up in writing rather than in a wall.

Questions about this visit
Does a termite report guarantee anything?
No. A report states what we saw on the day we looked. It doesn't promise there is nothing hidden, and it doesn't pay for damage. If you want protection going forward, that is a separate conversation and a separate written scope.
How much does pest control cost?
It depends on the pest, the size of the house and lot, and how many visits the problem needs. After the inspection you get a written quote that lists the first-visit fee, the cost of each visit and the year's total. We don't quote a house we haven't looked at.
Do you remove wasp and hornet nests?
Yes, outside the house, with the right protective gear. Nests inside walls are a different job, and we tell you what we find before we start.
Need a termite report?
Tell us if there's a closing date. We'll say what we can do around it.
