Plans
Three plans, set apart by what each visit covers
If the pests we treated for come back between visits, so do we. The terms are under the table.

Guarantee terms: between visits, we return and treat the same areas at no charge for the pests named on your service report, while your plan is active. It doesn't cover pests we didn't treat for, or entry points we asked you to seal that stay open. A plan is scheduled service, not insurance, and a termite report states what we saw on the day; neither pays for damage. The written quote lists the first-visit fee, the cost of each visit and the year's total. Cancel any time by phone or email; billing stops after the visit already scheduled.
Before you choose
How a plan starts, and how it ends
- 01
Step 1: An inspection first
Every plan starts with the inspection, so the plan fits the house and not the other way round.
- 02
Step 2: A written quote
It lists the first-visit fee, the cost of each visit and the year's total. Nothing starts until you agree.
- 03
Step 3: Visits and reports
After each visit the report says where we treated, what we saw and what to watch.
- 04
Step 4: Changing or canceling
Move to another plan or cancel by phone or email. Billing stops after the visit already scheduled.
New to the house?
Ask for the inspection before the boxes are unpacked
An empty house is the easiest one to look over.
Outside walls, the crawlspace door and the attic hatch are easier to reach before furniture goes in. You get a report you can keep with your closing papers.

Questions about plans
How much does pest control cost?
It depends on the pest, the size of the house and lot, and how many visits the problem needs. After the inspection you get a written quote that lists the first-visit fee, the cost of each visit and the year's total. We don't quote a house we haven't looked at.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No long contract is required. A plan can be canceled any time by phone or email, and billing stops after the visit already on the schedule.
What if the pests come back?
Call us. Between scheduled visits we return and treat the same areas at no charge for the pests named on your report, while your plan is active. The terms are on the plans page.
Which plan fits your house?
The inspection decides, not us. Ask for one and read the quote before you choose.
