About us
The business began in 1940 with a truck and a notebook, and it still runs on writing things down.
Latasha Purnell is the fourth generation. She learned the route from her father and grandfather and now runs the office, the crews and the schedule. What she kept from the first ledger: look first, say what you found in plain words, and write down when you'll be back.

The people

Owner

Senior inspector
Writes most of the termite and wood-destroying insect reports, and walks the crawlspace himself.
How we work
A report after every visit: where we treated, what we saw and what to watch.
The quote lists the first-visit fee, each visit and the year's total, and we wait for your yes.
Licensed applicators follow the product label, and we give you the product list when you ask.
Habla español
Our service coordinator speaks Spanish and English.
Ask for her when you call, or choose Spanish on the form. We send a Spanish-speaking technician when the schedule allows, so say so when you book. Not everyone on the crew speaks Spanish.

Tell us about the house and we'll find a day.
