Mice and rats
Mice and rats: close the way in before anything else
Trapping alone just empties the house for a while. Closing the openings is what keeps it empty.
A mouse can use a gap about the width of a pencil. In older houses that means vents, pipe openings, the top of a foundation wall and the gap under a garage door. We find them, close them with steel mesh and sweeps, and then set traps where activity is.

What we do
Four steps, in this order
- 01
Step 1: Inspect
We walk the outside first for gaps, then the attic, crawlspace and garage.
- 02
Step 2: Seal
Steel mesh, vent screens and door sweeps on every opening we find, whether it's in use or not.
- 03
Step 3: Trap
Traps go in sheltered spots, out of reach of children and pets, and are checked on a schedule.
- 04
Step 4: Check back
We return to see that the house stayed closed, and the report says what we sealed and what's left.

Questions about this visit
How long until I see results?
Ants and spiders often thin out within days to a couple of weeks. Rodents and termites take longer. It varies by pest and by house, and your report says what to expect.
What about children and pets during a treatment?
We can't promise any treatment carries no risk. Our applicators are licensed and follow the product label. We tell you which areas to keep children and pets out of, and for how long, and we give you the product list when you ask.
What if the pests come back?
Call us. Between scheduled visits we return and treat the same areas at no charge for the pests named on your report, while your plan is active. The terms are on the plans page.
Hearing something in the walls?
Tell us where. The first visit starts with the outside of the house.
