Services

Three jobs we do most, and how we go about each

Each starts with an inspection and ends with a written report. What happens in between depends on what we find.

Ants and cockroaches

We name the kind first, because the treatment for carpenter ants, fire ants and cockroaches is not the same.

  • Outside edge and entry points

  • Kitchen, bath and pipe openings inside

How we handle it
Weathered log with small holes and worn channels in the wood

Termites and damaged wood

An inspection and a written report first. Treatment follows only what the inspection finds, in a written scope.

  • Crawlspace, foundation and attic hatch

  • A report is not a guarantee

How we handle it

Mice and rats

We close the openings first, then trap, then come back to check that the house stays closed.

  • Gaps, vents and door sweeps

  • Traps placed out of reach of children and pets

The rest of what a plan visit covers

These don't need a page of their own. They are part of a plan visit or a separate call.

  • Spiders and silverfish

Webs, corners and damp storage areas, inside and out.

  • Wasps and hornets

Nests outside the house. We tell you if a nest is inside a wall.

  • Mosquitoes and ticks

Yard treatments in warm months, plus advice on standing water.

Not sure which one you have?

Tell us what you're seeing. We'll say what the first visit would look at.
