This page says what Purnell Pest & Termite collects when you use this site, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send the request form we receive your name, phone number, ZIP code, the pest you describe and anything you write. Email is optional. We also receive the language you prefer for our call.

How we use it

We use your details to call or write to you about your visit, to prepare the inspection and the quote, and to keep your service reports. We don't sell your details and we don't share them with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Service reports stay on file while you are a customer and for a period the owner sets. Ask us to delete your details and we will, except where a record is required by law.
